During a period of recovery from breast cancer I was given a reflexology treatment by a very loving friend. This was the first time I had experienced reflexology. The treatment was extremely satisfying for me on several levels. The power of touch and it's soothing effects. The re-balancing emotionally and physically of my battered body. It helped me to sleep better as she showed me how to use reflexology on myself during periods of insomnia. I have had many treatments since, after surgery on my arm and at other times just because I deserve it and I get so much from it. I do not live in the same city as my friend so I have found someone locally to give me the treatment. She like my friend is a special person.
